If you were to write a book about your life, what would the title be, and why?
“Navigating Change: Building Communities with Purpose.”
This title reflects my journey of adapting to new challenges and building impactful communities in both education and tech. It’s about staying focused on creating connections and driving purpose-driven growth, whether through leading the enrollment team at University of the People or fostering collaboration through Bereisheet Tech.
How about your professional life?
“Scaling Impact: A Data-Driven Approach to EdTech and Beyond.”
In my role as SVP of Enrollment at UoPeople, I’ve had the privilege of scaling our institution from 500 students to over 150,000 globally. We’ve focused on driving down our cost per acquisition, optimizing our marketing spend, and using data to refine every step of the customer journey. This approach has allowed us to make education accessible while maintaining efficiency, which is critical in today’s competitive landscape.
What motivated your involvement with the AMA-New Jersey chapter, and why is this organization significant to you?
My involvement with AMA-New Jersey is motivated by my belief in continuous learning. The marketing industry evolves rapidly, and AMA provides a platform for staying at the forefront of these changes. It’s a place to learn, exchange ideas, and ensure that we’re all pushing the boundaries of innovation in our field. For me, it’s about challenging myself and others to keep growing.
What advice would you offer to new professionals in your industry?
Focus on innovation, but don’t lose sight of human connections. The marketing world is more data-driven than ever, but the key to long-term success is creating value that resonates with people. Stay curious, embrace new technology like AI, and always be willing to adapt, but remember that behind every decision is a person—whether it’s a student, customer, or team member.
For anyone looking to connect with you, what’s the best way to reach out on social media?
The best way to connect with me is through LinkedIn. I’m always open to new conversations about growth, innovation, and community-building. Feel free to reach out to me there!
