1. If you were to write a book about your life, what would the title be, and why?

That’s a tough question! I’ll say, Next Chapter. I aim to embrace the current moment, though I am always excited to see what the next phase of life brings. The story has just begun.

2. How about your professional life?

Pivot Tables – Marketing is constantly changing. I’ve spent my career pivoting to new tech, new channels, new measurements, and new tactics. (Believe it or not, I just learned how to create pivot tables this year. I can’t believe I waited this long!)

3. What motivated your involvement with the AMA-New Jersey chapter, and why is this organization significant to you?

I’ve spent so many years with industry groups for whatever business I worked for. I felt it was time for me to pursue networking and education in MY industry. The New Jersey chapter has been so welcoming. I’m looking forward to doing more.

4. What advice would you offer to new professionals in your industry?

Marketing is so broad! I recommend having exposure to as many facets as possible. Brand, demand gen, direct marketing, marketing ops, analysis… It will help you understand the big picture as well as set you up for leadership roles. More importantly, never stop learning.
