CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (CAO)

About the role:

Reports to: AMA NJ President

Responsibilities:

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) helps provide organization and structure for the Board of Directors (BOD) members. The CAO: 

This role is elected in via Board Voting

  • Collaborates with the President to manage administrative and reporting responsibilities for the organization 
  • Creates and sends calendar invitations to members of the BOD in advance of meetings and sends reminders of meeting dates 
  • Collects, prepares, and submits monthly chapter report including financials and committee KPIs to the AMA Support Center
  • Works with President to compile data for submission of Chapter Excellence Awards (CEA) throughout the year
