PRESIDENT-ELECT

The President-Elect is slated to be the President in the next fiscal year. This role is elected-in via Board Voting

The President-Elect: 

• Shadows the President to learn chapter management, strategy planning, and event planning 
• Assists the President with chapter management and key projects 
• Heads nominating committee for the next board year 
• Plans the June BOD Retreat to kick-off the next chapter year 
• Assists with volunteer recruitment, engagement, and recognition 
• Can hold an additional position on the BOD as a leader or committee member of the AMA NJ committees
