Collaborates with the VP, Strategic Partnerships to develop a comprehensive strategic partnership program for recruiting and maintaining external AMA NJ partnerships
Assists VP, Strategic Partnerships with recruiting, managing, and supporting the volunteers on Strategic Partnerships Committee
Works with VP, Strategic Partnerships to create and reach sponsorship goals and KPIs
Attends events to ensure partners are satisfied with implementation and to recruit new potential partners
Maintains a database of all partnerships (in-kind and monetary), partner agreements, and contact information
Creates individual sponsorship agreements in collaboration with AMA NJ President and VP, Strategic Partnerships
Collaborates with the Communications Committee to ensure partners are accurately represented in marketing collateral and digital communications based on partnership agreements
Collaborates with the Programming & Events Committee and the Communications Committee to ensure details of event partnerships are executed and communicated in event promotions
Keeps VP, Strategic Partnerships informed on programs and any other necessary committee updates at all times
Time commitment and reporting requirements:
Serves 4-8 hours per month, depending on the time of year
Assists VP with overseeing volunteers on the Strategic Partnerships Committee
Collaborates with VP to create committee goals and KPI’s
Attends a minimum of 3 chapter events and programs (free or discounted price)
Attends monthly board meetings and reporting out on progress (if VP of committee is unavailable)
Lead/attend and organize weekly or biweekly committee calls/meetings and provide committee reports (day/time determined by VP and AVP)
