Here at AMA New Jersey, we seek to LEAD – in our industry, in our community, and for our volunteers.
Many of our volunteers come to us seeking to gain experience in a specific area of marketing and communications. Each prospective volunteer goes through a series of interviews with our LEAD team, their committee chair, and possibly the President or President-Elect if appropriate. Through these interviews, we get to know you and your personal goals. Then, we are able to help you leverage opportunities within the chapter to be successful in your professional development endeavors.
Operationally, the New Jersey Chapter has 5 core volunteer teams led by a President, President-Elect, and Immediate Past President with the support of a Chief Administrative Officer and a Chief Financial Officer.
