It’s no secret that in the digital age we live in that technology simply attracts. Integrating technology into your trade show booth can be as simple as a TV monitor to display your company information, or as complex as a large video wall to attract attendees from across the show floor. Here are 4 digital display options that you can implement into your trade show booth, and tips on how to get the best results from them:
TV Monitors
One of the most common digital displays you will see in a company’s exhibit is a TV monitor. They are easy to integrate and one of the most cost-effective options. If you choose to have your message displayed on a single screen, or want to loop a video or slide show, make sure to avoid using small or complex fonts, and make sure that any images you are displaying are large enough to capture attendee attention.
Tablets
Tablets are a simple way to have attendees find products or services that interest them and to interact with your brand. If you want to have a station with standing tablets, strategically place them in an area that is easily accessible within your booth space. Booth staffers can also use tablets to interact with prospects and capture their contact information or have them take a short survey about your products or services.
Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality can be very beneficial if you are looking to show off your entire facility to booth guests or want them to watch a demo for equipment that was too large and expensive to transport to your event. If you want to use VR to implement a game or experience, be sure that it aligns with your branding message. Although VR is a more costly option, this is a surefire way to create an immersive and unforgettable experience for your booth visitors.
Video Walls
Video walls are highly visible from multiple feet away and can be seamlessly integrated into your exhibit. They can be used as a full backdrop or as a large viewing area in your booth. Before you choose to implement a video wall in your exhibit, do your research and make sure you have the large digital graphics needed to make this option successful.
Don’t forget back up chargers and converters – and consider having an AV Specialist on site if none of your technical staff are going to the show. No matter which option you choose, partner with a trusted exhibit company to help implement these digital displays into your exhibit.
